Dear Visitor,
National Leadership Institute (NLI) NGO was founded in 2000, and as a Christian educational center is meant to contribute to the knowledge of God among young people and lead them to the Armenian Apostolic Church.
Since 2007, the NLI, as a youth structure, has been operating under the auspices of the Ararat Pontifical Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church and enjoys the blessing and spiritual support of the Patriarchal Vicar of the Ararat Pontifical Diocese, Fr Navasard Archbishop Kchoyan. At present, the pastor of around one hundred young people involved in ANI programs is Fr. Petros senior priest Malyan, and we enjoy his encouraging presence and teaching not only during regular courses but also during pilgrimages.
The mission of NLI is to develop Christ-like leadership qualities and skills, patriotism, and social responsibility among the youth for the benefit of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the state.
The goals of NLI are:
- present the true Christian faith to the Armenian youth in an accessible way,
- guide him to the church, introducing him to the sacred tradition and ritual of the Armenian Apostolic Church,
- to help him apply biblical principles in his daily life,
- to help him discover and develop his God-given gifts and humbly serve them to the Mother Church.
At the basis of the activity of the NLI is Christlikeness, which is brought to life through the following principles:
- humility and dedication,
- service leadership,
- love and tolerance,
- mutual respect and trust,
- integrity and reporting.
All this is carried out through courses, seminars, discussions, cultural events, and pilgrimages, as well as voluntary work.
The current programs of NLI are:
-
"Christ-Like Leadership Development",
- "Apostolic Generation",
- "Christian Integration for Young Adults with Disabilities",
- "Challenge" camp,
- "Parenting Center".
